Job rotation in the large private companies in Asunción during the period 2016-2017

The research consists of analyzing the situation of job rotation in large private companies in Asunción during the period 2016 - 2017. A quantitative approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive design was used. The population was made up of 113,882 people (men and women) between 20 and 60 years old who work in Asunción. The sample consisted of a total of 384 people whose surveys were sent electronically through Google form using convenience sampling during the months of July to September 2017. The inclusion criteria were men and women between 20 and 60 years who work or worked in large private companies located in Asunción and agree to participate in the survey. The instrument consisted of four items related to the profile of the respondents and 14 items related to the perception of the workplace linked to job rotation Most relevant results: 1. 47.92% are dissatisfied with working conditions and; 2. 35.42% are satisfied with the facilities and environmental conditions. It is concluded that loyalty policies should be applied to avoid high job rotation within organizations.
