Presencia de la Expansión Internacional en la Planificación Estratégica de las Microempresas con Personería Jurídica localizadas en el Departamento de Itapúa - Paraguay

Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine the presence of international expansion in the strategic planning of microenterprises with legal status located in the department of Itapúa - Paraguay, year 2021. It was based on a quantitative research of non-experimental design with a transactional and descriptive cut. 34 microenterprises located in 13 cities of the department of Itapúa were taken as subjects of analysis, data provided by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. The mission and vision of the study companies were analyzed through their websites with some of these keywords: International, Global, Globalization, Internationalization, World, Latin America, World, Multinational, Expansion, Foreign and other similar. The inclusion criteria were: to have a website, to belong to the category of legal microenterprises, to correspond to any of the economic sectors (industry, commerce and services) and finally, to be located in any of the cities of the Itapúa department. . The most relevant results are: 41% of micro-enterprises have a website, 50% are located in the city of Encarnación followed by 22% in Bella Vista, 50% of the organizations that have a website have a mission and vision and, only 29% have within their vision a presence of expansion abroad. It is concluded that there is a lack of vision for growth and less than half of the microenterprises have a website, resulting in the loss of opportunities to find suppliers or potential partners, as well as national and/or international clients.
